The counter grows, and when a 'fail' happens you reset it with one command — but the record for the longest streak is kept, so there's always something to aim for. It's the classic office joke sign 'days without incidents' adapted for streams — viewers love watching and laughing when the streak breaks. Great for livening up any stream with an inside joke.
