An interval-timer interactive for FITNESS streams (HIIT, tabata, circuit training) — a big interval timer alternating work / rest phases, with a round counter and color indication (green — work, orange — rest). startTimer() starts, pauseTimer() pauses, resetTimer() resets, setIntervals(work_sec, rest_sec, rounds) sets your scheme (bind to buttons or channel points via TikFinity/StreamElements). A clear visual timer that syncs you and viewers at home during a shared workout. Intervals in CONFIG. Works on all platforms.
