A 'now speaking' indicator — highlights the active speaker from the member list with a sound-wave animation. Very useful for podcasts, guest and team streams with several people on camera: viewers always know who's talking. It's also important accessibility — hard-of-hearing viewers reading captions otherwise can't tell who a line belongs to. A simple but often missing ready feature. setSpeaking highlights a member (connect to a sound detector or switch manually), the member list is customizable. Works on its own in OBS/Streamlabs/TikTok.
