A tic-tac-toe streamer-vs-chat game — you play X, chat plays O together: viewers vote a cell (1-9), the most popular becomes chat's move. streamerMove(cell) is your move, vote('nick', cell) a viewer vote (bind to chat via TikFinity/StreamElements), lockChatMove() closes voting and places O in the leading cell (button or timer), resetGame(). A classic against the whole chat. Texts in CONFIG. Works on all platforms.
