A word counter with a progress bar toward a daily goal — for writing streams, NaNoWriMo, study-with-me, copywriting and live journaling. Viewers see how many words you've written and how many remain to the goal, while the bar with a percentage clearly shows progress and celebrates reaching the goal. It creates a sense of shared purpose and motivates both you and the audience rooting for every hundred words. Update the counter manually or with a hotkey between paragraphs. Set the goal, labels, icon. Works on its own in OBS/Streamlabs/TikTok. Detailed picture guide included.

Open in a text editor, set your goal in CONFIG.

In OBS add a Browser source (340x160).

Update via setWords(number) or addWords(amount).
